About the Radio Station John Walker is the owner, President and CEO of the station. He has been working in the radio biz as an Air Talent, Program Director, Music Director and Promotions Director for over 30 years. He started his career as an Air Talent for American Forces Radio while serving in the United States Army from 1980-1984. After service, he worked his way up from Arbritron market 189 to market 5 (Dallas, TX). He has also worked in Denver, Albuquerque, Omaha, Huntsville, and many other small, medium and major market stations.He has had the opportunity to work with a lot of professionals who really knew what they were doing. which taught him a lot of things about music. Music is one of the things that puts a person in a great intellectual and emotional point of view.
